Alright guys, to try to simultaneously fan the flames and squash hopes at the same time here.
So as you’ve probably noticed, I’m super busy right now, which is bad for the weekly reports, but trust me, is very good for World 3 (a combination of working on really cool later levels, in addition to ???).
As for the beta / demo, got a few awesome surprises brewing right now that will be out first, so that’s still a bit of a ways off.
Going to try go get a video up this Friday (today?), but we’ll see, more important serious business to attend to first.
What could be a-brewing, though? Hmmmmm…

hey everyone im kinda new here. well i have been watching the reports from the begining but i havent made a account. so the reason im saying something is a have a amazing idea. i was thinking for a bad guy there wud be a character named NinjiPants. Ninjipants would where dark black pants and a ninja mask and everything. instead of a pencil as a sword. Ninjipants should have a toothpick like the toothpick ninjas. it would also be cool if he was the leader of the toothpick ninjas. and he would have very cool and interesting tricks and advantages as well. i was thinking when you battle him you could fight Ninjipants in a dojo. that would be cool.
Please tell me what you think of this idea and if brad could posibly use it in the future.
Youre very creative, but I thought I just wrote a comment on how you shouldn’t write fan ideas. The reason being, if you wanted Brad to use your ideas instead of his, it wouldn’t be his game anymore would it? Plus, he’s said he has too many ideas already.
@thecoolone I think your baddy sounds totally awesome!!! Although I don’t think Brad’s gonna use it, cuz like Pieman said, brad doesn’t wanna be taking credit for all of our ideas, plus I’m sure Brad has a lot of ideas himself. (sigh) It’s shme though. what’s the difference between a beta and a demo?
@klimtkiller: Beta you’re testing for a reason, demo’s just to get something out there and get people excited.
@Hyydghe: 30. Flash is set to 60, but I throttle it down to 30 since Flash’s timing is terrible and that’s the only way to get a solid 30.

Brad, I know I’ve already asked this before, but I’m not sure of what the answer is, so can you please answer this time. Will you do fancypants for nintendo DS, cause in my opinion that would be totally awesome and i would deffinetley buy it. Also I heard from somewhere that you said you might put like a bunh of worlds on one DS game or something. Is this true? Is fancypanst gonna come out on DS? and if so, when should we expect this to happen. Please answer I really wanna know!! 😀

Well… The 3DS is cool, but a 3D stick figure? Its possible, but looks kinda weird, so it should just be 2D.
And whats with all the Fancy Pants DS? I dont think Brads gonna do that anytime soon, since it would take too long (and boy do we hate when THAT happens, huh guys?)

Brad, Im having trouble with my animating ….. i use Flash Cs4 Professional and i do not know how to make a game . I’ve made a simple button that is interactive but not good. Can you please make a tutorial on how you make a game. or if anyone has a tutorial please send me it…..

C) I dont care if FPA comes out for the App Store, except that me with my primitive Nano would have no access to it…
D) You could do a 3DS FPA without using 3D polygonal graphics. Just use the 3D capabilities for a forground/midground/background effect.
E) Wow Brad, that was almost harsh. “@pieman, thanks for not being mean”. What, are you insinuating he usually is??? 😉
F) I’m almost tempted to do the ! thing, but I’m afraid of Fairly yelling at me…

Well, BT2 has only the WASD(or arrow keys) and the space bar.
So that’s a total of… 5 keys to use! WOW, really complicated indeed.

@Strenux: Heh, any communication has bias in it (sorry, psychology major emerging here). I like how the IGN editors put it, bias is just part of talking, so all you can do is just find editors that you connect with, and trust their opinion. MGS4 and GTA4 getting 10s were, however, awful 😛
